FCA publishes update on implementing the recommendations from the independent reviews

The FCA has published a report which sets out the work it has done to implement the recommendations and lessons from the Independent Investigation into the FCA’s Regulation of London Capital & Finance plc, and the Independent Review into the FSA and FCA’s handling of the Connaught Income Fund Series 1 and connected companies.

Both reports highlighted the need for the FCA to continue to change to better protect consumers from harm.
