FCA publishes quarterly consultation paper

The FCA has published its latest quarterly consultation paper, highlighting the proposed miscellaneous amendments it intends to make to its handbooks. This includes amendments to the Consumer Credit sourcebook (CONC), Perimeter Guidance (PERG) and Mortgages and Home Finance: Conduct of Business sourcebook (MCOB), aligning them with recent changes to the regulatory perimeter in respect of credit agreements entered into with high net worth borrowers.
