The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published Quarterly Consultation Paper No 24 (CP19/19), in which it asks for feedback on proposed miscellaneous amendments to the FCA Handbook, including to the statement of responsibility form in SUP 10C Annex 10D, and to the General Provision and fees and levy rate rules for 2019/20 in relation to Gibraltar based firms. Comments by: 7 August 2019.
