FCA publishes next consultation on new consumer duty

The FCA has published a consultation paper which sets out in further detail their proposals for a new Consumer Duty, which aims to provide a higher level of consumer protection in retail financial services.

The FCA set out its high-level proposals in the first consultation which it has now revised considering feedback received.
