FCA publishes Handbook Notice No 76

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published Handbook Notice No 76, setting out changes to the FCA Handbook during April 2020, notably:
• the COVID-19 Credit Cards and Personal Loans Instrument 2020, which came into force on 9 April 2020;
• the COVID-19 Motor Finance and High Cost Credit Instrument 2020, which came into force on 27 April 2020; and
• the COVID-19 Mortgages Instrument 2020, which came into force on 27 April 2020.
