FCA publishes final report on Mortgages Market Study alongside consultation

The FCA has published the Mortgages Market Study final report (MS16/2.3), which proposes changes to how lenders assess whether or not a customer can afford a loan. The FCA has also published a consultation (CP 19./14) on proposed changes to responsible lending rules and guidance. The consultation ends on the 26 June 2019.
