FCA publishes expectations on fair treatment of customers

The FCA has launched a website and video on treating customers fairly, and the obligations of firms to have a strategy in place to assess customer needs and fairness throughout the customer journey. The video is the first in a series and describes six customer outcomes that firms should strive for to ensure fair customer treatment. A transcript is available. Later videos in the series will cover financial promotions, sales, and ongoing service.
