FCA publishes annual report & accounts

This week, the FCA has published its annual report and accounts for 2020/21. The report highlights the work of the FCA in securing over £34m in redress for consumers, fairer interest and charges for consumers with credit card debt and fairer insurance renewal premiums. The accounts highlight that the FCA achieved a group operating surplus of £113m in year ending March 2022, compared to a £55m deficit in 2021.
