The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published the 30th edition of its Primary Market Bulletin. The bulletin discusses: directors’ dealings – importance of the person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) regime under the Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014; the Prospectus Regulation 2017/1129 – exemptions from the requirement to prepare a prospectus and changes to the prospectus annexes; the Global Depository Receipt (GDR) Facilities and the Prospectus Regulation; consultation feedback and changes to the Knowledge Base with a new technical note (consultation ends: 30 September 2020).
