FCA Handbook Notice No. 70

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published Handbook Notice No. 70, which includes changes made to the Handbook on 26 September 2019 and 24 October 2019 and feedback on relevant consultation papers. The Notice includes the following instruments:
• Overdrafts (Information and Tools) Instrument 2019 (FCA 2019/86)
• Mortgages (Regulatory Reporting) Instrument 2019 (FCA 2019/88)
• Fees (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No 14) Instrument 2019 (FCA 2019/94)
