FCA feedback statement on Lending Standards Board’s code for business customers

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published feedback statement FS20/1: Recognition of codes: feedback on QCP 25 CP19/27. The feedback statement summarises responses to the quarterly consultation paper QCP19/27, on the recognition of the Lending Standards Board’s (LSB’s) Standards of Lending Practice for business customers. The FCA decided to recognise the Standards for business customers for three years, for unregulated activities only.
