FCA consults on rates for fees and levies

The FCA is consulting on rates for fees and levies in the next financial year (2021/22).

The consultation covers the proposed rates for FCA fees. It also covers the levies charged to pay for the Financial Ombudsman Service, the Money and Pensions Service and the Illegal Money Lending Unit. This consultation closes on 25th May 2021.

The FCA will be carrying out a wider review of the fees structure, including all minimum fees, as part of its Transformation Programme. The FCA will consult on the proposals resulting from this review.
