FCA claims management phoenixing policy statement released

Yesterday, the FCA released its Policy Statement in relation to claims management ‘phoenixing’. The rules prohibit CMCs from carrying out regulated claims management activity in certain circumstances in claims (or potential claims) to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), where the CMCs have relevant connections to the claims.
