FCA, BoE, and PRA extend deadline for consultation CP20/11, Complaints against the Regulators
Regulatory Updates | 11/09/20
The Bank of England (BoE), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) have published a letter sent to Mel Stride MP, Chair of the Treasury Select Committee, agreeing to extend the consultation period for CP20/11: Complaints against the Regulators (The Financial Conduct Authority, The Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England) to 12 October 2020. This is in response to letters from Mr Stride to Andrew Bailey and Chris Woolard requesting that, given the level of interest in the consultation expressed to the Treasury Committee, the regulators extend the consultation period, which was due to end on 14 September 2020.
