FCA board minutes published – March 2023

The FCA have published the minutes of the Board meeting held on 30 March 2023. It was the first board meeting for Therese Chambers who will shortly take over the role of Executive Director of Enforcement and Oversight. CEO Nikhil Rathi provided updates on topical matters including the improved turnaround times on Change in Control (CiC) applications. The board also covered the External Business Plan for 2023/24, the FOS Budget and FCA’s Operational Resilience Programme.
