FCA announces new rules for appointed representatives

The FCA has announced new rules for firms who act as a Principal firm and have appointed representatives under their permissions. With the new rules, the FCA places greater responsibility on principal firms to manage and oversee their appointed representative firms to avoid consumer harm.
