FCA and PRA publish mortgage lending statistics for Q4 2018

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) have jointly published mortgage lending statistics for the fourth quarter of 2018. The data published includes the outstanding value of all residential loans, total gross advances by loan-to-value, income multiples and purpose of loan, value of new commitments, and proportion of mortgage loans above Bank Rate.
