European Parliament does not object to delegated acts exempting the Bank of England from EU regulations

The European Parliament has announced it does not object to delegated acts adopted by the European Commission amending Regulation (EU) 648/2012 (EMIR) and Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 (SFTR) with regard to adding the Bank of England (BoE) and other public bodies charged with, or intervening in, the management of the public debt in the UK to the list of exempted entities after the UK withdraws from the EU.
