European Commission publishes slides from discussions on post-Brexit data protection adequacy decisions in financial services

The European Commission has published slides from internal EU27 preparatory discussions on the future relationship between the European Union and the UK, in particular on the topic of ‘Personal data protection (adequacy decisions); Cooperation and equivalence in financial services’. The slides were presented to the Council Working Party (Article 50) on 10 January 2020.
