EU – directive on law enforcement access to financial information

Directive (EU) 2019/1153 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 has been published in the Official Journal of the EU, laying out rules enhancing the use of financial and other information for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of certain crimes. In force: 31 July 2019.
