The Credit Rating Agencies (Amendment, etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 were made on 13 February 2019. The Regulations onshore the EU Credit Rating Agencies Regulation for Brexit to ensure that UK CRAs can continue to operate and UK firms can continue to use credit ratings for regulatory purposes without interruption. The Regulations affect CRAs and users of credit ratings.
