Coronavirus (COVID-19) – right to work checks

The UK Government has published Home Office and Immigration Enforcement advice for employers carrying out right to work checks during the coronavirus pandemic. Effective immediately, the temporary changes will mean the Home Office will not require employers to see original documents and will allow checks to be undertaken over video calls.
