We are not able to decide any complaint but we do offer a conciliation service, to try and help in resolving a complaint.

Before submitting a complaint, please first check the company is a CCTA member. Members usually display the CCTA logo on their website, or you can contact the CCTA on +44 (0)1274 714959.

Completion of this form is needed if you would like the CCTA to help in trying to resolve your complaint. You or your representative must have complained to the firm named below first.

If you have complained to the firm and are unhappy with the response from the firm, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

Please complete all sections of the form if you would like the CCTA to try and help in resolving the complaint.
