Consumer Duty: FCA issue new round of Dear CEO letters

At the end of last week, the FCA issued a new round of portfolio letters regarding the implementation of the Consumer Duty.  The letters were sent to firms in many financial services sectors, including to Credit Brokers, Retail Finance providers and Motor Finance providers. The letters provide sector specific FCA input and guidance around the aspects of Consumer Duty and each consumer outcome.
