Competition and Markets Authority publishes its Annual Plan 2021/22

Industry News | 23/03/21

The CMA has published its Annual Plan for 2021/22, which sets out our key priorities for the year ahead.

The CMA states that it will continue to ensure consumers get a good deal when buying goods and services, and that businesses operate within the law, including during and after the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

This comes as the CMA takes on additional responsibilities for global competition and consumer investigations, following the end of the EU Exit transition period, and as it works to establish the new Digital Markets Unit and the Office for the Internal Market.
