CMA publishes update on compliance of banks with SME undertakings

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published the results of its annual audit into the compliance of eight leading banks with undertakings they gave to the CMA in 2014 that restrict the bundling of certain banking products offering to small- and medium-sized enterprises.
