The Centre for Social Justice published a report Taking Control for Good: Introducing the Enforcement Conduct Authority.

The report presents a vision for reform of the enforcement sector. It is the result of work by the Enforcement Oversight Working Group, which brings together the enforcement and debt advice sectors.
