Centre for Social Justice report on illegal lending

The Centre for Social Justice Think Tank has released a new report which investigates illegal lending in England. The report explores where and how illegal lending takes place and looks at the largest sample of known victims to date. The research estimates that over one million people could be borrowing from an illegal lender.
