CCTA consumer duty guidance paper released

We have now released of our Consumer Duty Guidance Paper. Whilst we have delivered the workshop and now released the Guidance Paper, Consumer Duty remains a priority for CCTA and our members. We will continue our work to help members throughout the implementation period so keep an eye out for details of additional discussions and events around the Duty. The Guidance Paper is available to our members now via the Resources page in the Member Hub.
