Introduction

Our consumer credit courses are relevant to the training and competency expectations of the Financial Conduct Authority. They are also tailored to the sectors in which our members operate.

There is recognition that everyone working in financial services needs a level of understanding and competence. Our course list provides a foundation across all the key elements of consumer credit.

Too often, courses on offer are generic across financial services. Even when there is a focus on consumer credit, they may miss out on the differences across the various credit products. We have aimed to draw on our experience and draw out the differences.

We provide courses at different levels for managers and senior managers.
