Business Banking Resolution Service launches service for SMEs to help with unresolved bank complaints

The Business Banking Resolution Service (BBRS) has announced the formal launch of its independent service to help small businesses (SMEs) resolve disputes with their banks, with a focus on historical cases as well as contemporary complaints.

The BBRS is offering an alternative to litigation by using alternative dispute resolution techniques to settle unresolved complaints from larger SMEs with the financial institutions that are participating.
