BSB publishes suite of good practice guidance on SM&CR

The Banking Standards Board (BSB) has published four pieces of good practice guidance aimed at supporting firms in their implementation of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR). This includes two statements of good practice (on fitness and propriety assessment principles, and on regulatory references), and two pieces of supporting guidance on each statement of good practice. The documents represent a pooling of industry knowledge and experience, and are a result of the BSB’s collaborative work with member firms through its Certification Regime Working Group (CRWG).
