Breathing Space Statutory Instrument made

The statutory instrument The Debt Respite Scheme (Breathing Space Moratorium and Mental Health Crisis Moratorium) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 on the Breathing Space scheme has been made and published on legislation.gov.uk together with an Explanatory Memorandum.
This supersedes the revised draft of the legislation which was published on 10 September 2020. The Regulations will come into force on 4 May 2021, apart from the provisions referred to in regulations 1(3) to 1(7).
