BoE article on end of Libor warns that more work is required

The Bank of England (BoE) has published an article as part of its Bank Overground series, examining the preparations of financial markets for the end of Libor and the transition to alternative benchmarks. The Bank warns that despite the progress made in establishing alternative reference rates and building new markets, more work is required to complete the transition, with many contracts maturing beyond 2021 continuing to refer to Libor.
