We recommend that firms start to use these now as they will aide outcome testing in relation to Consumer Understanding. Our hard copy agreements are produced in paper format and include an individual carbon copy of each page. Where relevant, the required pre-contract disclosure document is also included at no additional cost. Documents are sold in quantities of 25, 50, 75 or 100 with bulk discounts available.
Our electronic agreements are available exclusively to CCTA members and can be downloaded from the Member Hub. Members who purchase electronic agreements are provided with the most current versions, giving you the peace of mind that your agreements are fully compliant with the latest regulations.
