The FCA have issued a Dear CEO letter to various financial services sectors, including Consumer Credit lenders. The letter reiterates the FCA’s expectations and requirements of firms when implementing the duty. The regulator points to their recent review of implementation plans and confirms that they will continue liaising with, and requesting information from, firms as part of their supervisory approach.
