Cancellation Policy
- payment must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the event
- cancellations made after that date will incur an administration charge of £25.00 + VAT.
- no refund will be given for cancellations made after that date
- substitutions can be made at any time and at no extra cost

Terms and Conditions
CCTA reserves the right to cancel a training course in the event that there are insufficient numbers of attendees to make the course economically viable or in the event of any occurrence, act or omission outside the control of CCTA. If the course is cancelled in such circumstances, a full refund of the payment made for that course will be given, but nothing more.
Attendees at CCTA training courses will behave in a fit and proper manner and will be responsible for any damages, howsoever caused, arising out of the attendees negligence and/or breach of contract, and will keep CCTA indemnified against any such claim.
Any notes or course material (‘Material’) provided by CCTA is to assist delegates during the seminar and also to provide a permanent record of the material presented. The Material is not a full and definitive statement of the law and should not be used by delegates as the basis for decisions and actions taken in the course of business, since specific advice can only be provided following a full understanding of the individual circumstances of any particular issue. All reasonable effort is made to ensure that the content of any seminar is accurate. However neither CCTA, including employees of CCTA, or any presenter can accept any liability whatsoever for any inaccuracy contained within it. CCTA accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, which may be suffered as a result of any reliance placed upon the information provided whether arising in contract, tort or in any other way. The purpose of the seminar is to provide general guidance or general information only. Advice should always be taken from your legal advisor before committing to any specific action.
